74-year, female. Medically healthy with controlled hypertension. Remaining dentition on the maxilla was terminal. Case done September 4/2021 under IV conscious sedation. Immediate dentures were premade with metal framework built - in DSI Premium Multi-Unit used all 30° with 2mm GH. Anterior implants if they had been placed straight, they would have been short, so they were angled into the Nasion area. All DSI Implants are 3.75x13mm Internal hex. DSI Viruseal used when placing abutments. All completed in under 4 hours.
