Case Story An 83-year-old healthy patient had dental implants for 15 years. When one of the implants failed due to severe bone resorption, the decision was made to remove the implant, clean the site, and perform a graft. By using Sponge Zengraft, the entire procedure, which would normally require placing bone graft particles, covering with a barrier membrane, and membrane fixation, was completed in one quick stage, enhancing comfort for both the doctor and the patient.
