Patient: Thin anterior ridge with poor bone conditions not allowing use of implants. (Photos 1-6). Angled implant placement at the posterior zone allows using longer implants while achieving better force distribution and overall stability. DSI Premium Line Implants (3.7x16mm at sides, and 3.7x13mm in the middle) were used, coupled with 30deg DSI M1.6 Multi-unit abutments. (Photos 7-18)
