Patient: Large post-extraction defect prevented use of immediate implants. After installation of one plug, suturing down and release of the patient, at post-op after a few months, newly formed healthy bone formation was observed. During the implant install, on torque 45 Ncm, it felt like type II bone. Before/after x-rays and videos of the whole process are provided.
