ONE CRESTAL SINUS LIFT – TWO SEPARATE CROWNS :

A middle-aged beautiful Vietnamese woman missing her upper left molars arrived at the office. At the time of placement, we were going to splint the crowns because we didn’t have full assurance the lift would work. But the CT slices I shared show great bone and the Osstell readings were 76+ all around so we restored them as separate crowns using DSI Ti-bases. The molars were restored and the patient is jubilantly thankful.
