CASE STORY
Upper Jaw reconstruction: the implant-based bridge at distal UL and missing premolar at UR. Screw-retained technique with DSI multi-units. Planning, drilling, and spacing using the Implant Positioner Kit
INITIAL STATE
The initial condition for a middle-aged male healthy patient with terminal teeth on the UL and missing UR premolar. Oral Hygiene conditions are NOT optimal. The the patient wants restoration on implants.
SURGERY
The premolar implant was placed without incident. UL area received implants strategically spaced out to accommodate an implant bourne bridge.
Post-op CBCT with implants in place
HEALING STAGE
After 4 months, tissue volume is very good and healthy.
DELIVERY:
Final Delivery is done: screw-retained bridge on straight MUA
All stages of the treatment, including planning, surgery and crown design, are done by the residents of Dr. Carmy's Year-long Implant Hands-on course at the Dental Implant Institute of the West Coast, California, USA
