DSI Degranulation Burs Kit is a perfect solution for a complete cleaning of the cavity walls after tooth extraction. The main problem of socket cleaning is the tiny remnants of the soft tissues, which are firmly attached to the bone and cannot be removed manually. DSI Degranulation Burs Kit fixes it at once. All the remnants of gingival tissue are removed from the socket walls and the healing process is accelerated thanks to that. DSI Degranulation Burs can remove all the soft tissues from the socket walls. At the same time, it will encourage a natural cleansing and healing process of the body (osteogenesis). As a result, the patient will recover faster. The kit is supplied with four specially designed burs (1mm, 2.5mm, 3.1mm, 3.5mm) a cleaning brush, and a suction nozzle.
Unlike tungsten burs, degranulation burs are developed morphologically, with a nano-diamond coating - all is done in order to remove the soft tissue remnants without causing any damage to the bone surface. With these burs, you will be able to work faster, smoother, and more accurately than ever.
