DSI Total Sinus Kit includes unique reamers that are created for a safe crestal approach without the risk of penetrating the inner membrane, and the lateral approach drills will not over-drill or overheat in the process. After the crestal drills have done their job you can lift the membrane with the aqua tip. Such an approach is considered the most harmless for the patient.

The instruments come in a special plastic polymer box with rigid rubber inserts and it is autoclavable at a temperature of 134° C.
The kit includes different curettes for convenient and easy membrane lifting when working on a lateral window for a sinus membrane approach. DSI Total Sinus Kit also has a set of special stoppers for both crestal and lateral approaches which gives you even more precision, stability, and predictable results every time.
