DSI one-piece immediate implants are very simple and convenient to use. These implants save time, reduce trauma for the patient, and produce an outstanding aesthetic at the final restoration. DSI one-piece implant is a narrow-diameter implant and is especially good for usage in areas with limited space such as laterals and central incisors. Despite this relatively thin implant, it shows an excellent load capacity that overcomes most industry-standard similar implants under 4mm diameter. DSI one-piece implants are used mainly for a single-stage protocol. It reduces soft-tissue trauma and is much less difficult than typical two-stage protocols. The uniform structure of the implant enables immediate loading while preserving a very high success rate.
DSI one-piece implant provides very high stability and eliminates the risks that can arise during normal two-stage implantation, such as micro displacements of the structure or a trapped screw. These implants are very reliable, proven over time, reduce trauma and bone loss, and ensure exceptional long-term stability.
All DSI implants undergo the strictest quality control measures. DSI assures that a high percentage of samples are taken from every batch. Each sample passes a very strict set of tests of cleanliness and conformity. Thus providing minimal rejections afterward. All of the products attend to the highest international standards. All DSI Implants implants are made of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V ELI, in accordance with ASTM-F136-02
RBM surface treatment:
Resorbable blast media (RBM) treatment is a process that utilizes high-speed particle blasting biocompatible calcium phosphate materials. It differentiates from traditional grit-blasting abrasives in that the implant's surface is not exposed to alumina or silicon carbide materials. In the resorbable blast material method, the excessive use of acids for particle debris removal is no longer necessary as it does not penetrate deep into the titanium surface while still delivering homogenous micro and macro porosity for the optimal implant surface topography both at cellular and protein levels. This method provides a much cleaner textured finish absent of any contaminants typically associated with other grit-blasting elements.
• RBM surface treatment for better osseointegration and reduced bacterial migration.
• High-stability restorations
• Fast Insertion and excellent primary stability
• Survival rates - High and consistent survival rates (over 97% after a five-year follow-up).
• Bone Preservation - Average bone loss of <1 mm after five years (Based on the implant loading time).
• No Peri-Implantitis - Very low prevalence of peri-implantitis over the 5-year follow-up period.
• No aluminum contaminants - Mean a more successful and accelerated process of osseointegration than ever.
• Titanium alloy solid body construction provides maximum strength while keeping a slim shape and small diameter.
• Allows treatment of narrow spaces that cannot be otherwise handled with larger two-piece implants.
• Shows a great load capacity that overcomes most industry-standard similar implants under 4mm diameter.
• The uniform structure of the implant enables immediate loading while preserving a very high success rate.
• Used mainly for a single-stage protocol
